To schedule a Baptism, please contact the Parish Office at 763-478-6644.  Baptismal preparation is conducted by Father Belden and must be repeated if not taken within the last three years.  If possible, contact St. Anne prior to the baby's birth to discuss preparation.

For Wedding Requests, please print a Wedding Request Form to begin the process.  Weddings may not be scheduled before information is received.   

For First Communion, please contact Pam Dombeck, our Director of Formation and Outreach at dfo@saintannehamel.org.

For Anointing of the Sick, please contact the Parish Office at 763-478-6644. If it is an emergency after hours, there are instructions to reach Father Belden.
